In combat, Ahlward of the Skin Changers merges the superiority of the beast with the control of the varank, resulting in consistent domination on the battlefield. This combination is both powerful and fearsome, with only a small number of varank able to maintain composure while transforming and often being overpowered by their totems. Skin Changers are rare, causing numerous legends to be passed down through the generations.
