This 1/72nd scale Airfix model kit accurately replicates the Westland Sea King, which was utilized for both amphibious warfare and tactical insertion of ground troops. Known as the 'Commando' variant, it was initially designed as a transport aircraft for the Egyptian Air Force, without the need for amphibious capabilities. As a result, the side floats were removed and the Commando was introduced as the Sea King HC.4 in the Royal Navy.
This is a scale model kit that requires both glue and paint to complete. Glue and paint are not included in the kit.
