Black Powder Prussian Foot Artillery & 6/12 Pdr

Engage your adversaries with this potent weapon from your Prussian Black Powder assortment! Prussia was a formidable military state during the latter stages of the Napoleonic Wars, often referred to as an 'army with a country attached'. While not as highly praised as the infantry or cavalry, nor as abundant as the Landwehr militia, Prussian artillery played a critical role in the army by providing vital fire support to the troops. 'Foot' artillery consisted of the majority of the army's guns, ranging from 6-pdrs and up, and would typically be strategically positioned before a battle. From this position, grouped batteries would unleash a barrage of destruction on the enemy from a distance, and with any luck, would not need to be repositioned during the battle. Essential for any Black Powder unit, this mighty weapon can be assembled as either a 6-pdr or a heavier 12-pdr and is prepared to accompany your forces on the tabletop!
