Prussia, famously known as an ‘army with a country attached’, heavily relied on their military power during the Napoleonic Wars. Although not as celebrated as the infantry or cavalry, the Prussian artillery was a vital component of the army, providing crucial fire support for the troops. The horse artillery, equipped with highly manoeuvrable light guns, was able to swiftly navigate the battlefield and provide crucial support during enemy attacks.
