Carro Armato M13/40 Italian Tank - Tamiya (1/35) Scale Model

The Carro Armato M13/40 Italian Tank model from Tamiya (1/35) is an accurate replication of the Italy's main tank from WWII. Featuring a riveted construction, bogey-style wheels and a 125hp V8 liquid-cooled diesel engine, plus a powerful 47mm gun on a hydraulic turret, it ran at a top speed of 30km/h, with approximately 800 units produced from 1940 to 1943. It made up the backbone of the German African Corps in North Africa.

This 1/35 scale plastic assembly kit of the Carro Armato M13/40 Italian Tank features a faithful reproduction of its unique riveted form and easy to connect assembly type tracks. Its suspension has a realistic finish, while metal parts for the gun barrel and photo-etched parts for the anti-aircraft gun sight add further detail to this model. A variety of options are also included such as tools, a radiator cap, a standing figure, a tank crewman figure, 3 decal variations for the North African front, and a set of badges of rank.
