The common perception of the Citi-Def by Mega-City inhabitants is often stereotyped as military wannabes obsessed with Tri-D videos and struggling to aim their weapons. Despite some truth to this view, it also poses a danger during block wars, as they have a tendency to use the most powerful and destructive weaponry they can find.
