Hobgoblin with Dagger and Sling - SpellCrow - SPCH1508

With his curly capped hood up and his ears poking out of holes for just such a job this Hobgoblin is in a movement stance holding his dagger in front of him and his sling in the other hand behind with one foot raised off the ground and the other balanced on a skull. Maybe he is an assassin or a sneaky rogue hobgoblin out to steal your adventuring parties loot.
