Cultists seeking Yog Sothoth’s forbidden knowledge aim to push forward their nefarious schemes, and it’s up to the investigators to stop them.

The Yog Sothoth Elder Box introduces a new Elder One to Cthulhu: Death May Die. Players can combine it with any episode from the core box or expansions, adding new mechanics and challenges to the game. Yog Sothoth enhances gameplay by introducing extra gates to the board, which mirror normal gates and amplify the power of enemy summons. Its special monster, Wilbur Whateley, adds a gate to the board every time it dies. Investigators can attack and destroy gates, causing damage to enemies in the same space, offering a strategic way to contain the waves of monsters.
